Qualification
My career in industrial engineering has been (and still is) providing ample opportunities to act as a facilitator, trainer and coach: I work for and with people above everything else – in 1:1 and group settings.
In 2017, I completed a two-year training period in systemic coaching with Bärbel Rapp and Eberhard Bohrisch. Since 2019, I have been studying mediation at FernUniversität in Hagen.
What does ‘Catharsys’ mean?
Catharsys alludes to catharsis und systems theory:
- Catharsis refers to a process of intellectual clarification and the sharing of emotional experiences.
- Systems theory conceptualizes and recognizes individuals as autonomous beings with unique world views, whose relationships to their environment are both inseparable and subject to change.
