Questions & Answers

Will our conversations be confidential?

Coaching and mediation require confidentiality – unless we agree otherwise, I will disclose neither our working relationship nor what we discussed. When acting as a mediator, I am compelled to this by law. This includes situations where coaching or mediation is paid for by a third party (e.g. your employer) – I will only share what you want me to share.

How much does it cost?

  • The preliminary phone conversation is always free.
  • Coaching sessions can be agreed as needed and/or we can discuss discounted packages
  • Mediations usually require multiple sessions, as well as preparation and follow up. You determine the pace of the process and the extent of my support; only incurred costs will be invoiced according to prior agreement.

What happens if I need to re-schedule or cancel appointments?

  • Cancellations >24h before scheduled sessions are free of charge.
  • Within the 24h time window, I will invoice my hourly rate for the scheduled time.
  • In case we agreed to rent a venue for a given appointment, I will invoice any cancellation charges.

I/we do not have the money

In exceptional cases, I may consider working with you pro bono.

Can we do sessions online?

Yes, in case all participants give their consent and agree to ensure confidentiality and to refrain from recording anything.

Can we do sessions in English (or some other language)?

Yes, if all participants agree to it.
